Self-Employed 4 Months, 1 Week ago  
I am a sole trader in business for one year with guaranteed work until Jan 2016. With a net profit of £37k in my first year and £30k saved for a deposit, I thought I was on track for a mortgage but I have not been successful with any mortgage providers, does anyone have any advice on who will provide a mortgage and what amount would they lend?
