I am self employed and am looking at applying for a mortgage

The problem is that I cant provide 2 years accounts because I havnt been working for that long

Is there any way of getting around this problem

Hi

It will all depend on how much deposit you have. Also what level of income your first years accounts show.

Without knowing these 2 factors its hard to know what your options are.

Hi - similar situation really I earn 40k great credit history hubby started his own business in April gross about 2k per month we want to move but they will not take hubbys income into account until the business has been running two years.

Is there any way round this?

We will have 23k to put down house is 230k needing mortgage of 207k???

Can anyone advise help?
