I think you need to contact to some attorney related to mortgage issues and tell him all the details of you case. I am sure you will get the mortgage in some way or the other.As This was happened to me long time ago and i ended up with what i wanted.

While it’s true that most people know how much mortgage they can afford _base_d on their monthly budget, there are times where the manner in how the income is generated may make it difficult to qualify for a loan.
