Worried about Negative Equity - Can I remortgage?

House prices are falling in my area and I'm worried that I could go into negative equity as I took a 100% mortgage. Are there any lenders that will allow me to remortgage if the value of my house goes below what I owe on the mortgage?

Any advice much appriciated...
