Why sell my privately held mortgage note? 11 Months, 2 Weeks ago Karma: 0
Hi all,

THE MORTGAGE INVESTMENT BUSINESS has been an overlooked aspect of the real estate market.
People have been accepting personal notes for their property for years, but it wasn't until the recent "credit crunch" that this form of financing became popular.
However, most people are not aware of all the options available to them.
What we provide is a means of converting the monthly payments from a note into a lump sum cash payment.
THERE CAN BE ANY NUMBER OF REASONS WHY someone would want a lump sum payment.
For Example:
-- To pay off a debt
-- To invest in other ventures
-- To settle estates
-- Money for travel
-- To send kids to college
-- Major purchases such as cars, boats, etc.
-- To ENJOY the money NOW!

Thanks,
Alan Noblitt
