What will happen when I come to re-mortgage 1 Year, 3 Months ago  
I have a debt plan with the Consumer Credit Council Services which will take a long time to pay off.

As I know have a bad credit rating what will happen in a year when my current mortgage deal ends and I will be looking for another deal.

Am I more likely to find it difficult with lenders and end up with higher interest to pay.
