We have two flats and want to buy a 3 bedtownhouse 1 Year, 10 Months ago  
I have £60k equity from my flat.
My partner has £50k equity from hers.

We are looking at a 3 bed house selling for offers over £165,000.

Would it be possible to keep one or both flats to rent AND buy the 3 bed?

Or would it be better to sell both and use the cash to put into the new motgage?

Any ideas?
