remortgaging 1 Year, 1 Month ago  
We currently live in a 5 bedroomed house and are thinking of using 2 of the bedrooms for bed & breakfast for part of the year,would it it possible to still get a residential mortgage. We have made some enquiries with the local council and because we would be using less than 50% of our bedrooms we would remain on council tax and not be classified for business rates.
