hi all,
im trying to decide if it is worth taking the hit of a £5400 early repayment charge to get out of a fixed rate mortgage. I have 11 years to run and owe 108,000, half of which is on a fixed rate of 6.19% the remainder on 5.34%, monthly repayment £1110.00.
