im considering remortgaging my home im looking at borrowing 78000,over 12 years and wondered what my monthly payments would be

You must go to a good remortgage broker or lenders whoc can suggest you better. Lendercan tell more thjings about it. So many people liek this remortgage facility. The major purpose of most borrowers as to why they remortgage is that the repayments are more affordable because the interest rates are much lower than regular mortgage loans.
