remorgage 1 Year, 7 Months ago  
Value of my property is between 120-130k currently have morgage of 44k and loans of 18k which I would like to consolidate into a remorgage. I know this is possible but can anyone tell me if I can borrow additional money on top of this. I am employed earning
21500k and my partner is on benefits of 6000k.
Any advice would be appreciated
