Re-mortgage 3 people on deeds 7 Months, 3 Weeks ago  
I want to remortgage a property I jointly own with both my parents. Is it possible to remortgage and have the loan just in my own name? All three of us are on the _title_ deeds. The reason I ask is my Dad is retired so him taking out a loan term long Im sure would be rejected immediately and my Mum has a really bad credit history and the money from the remortgage is just for my purpose solely.
Please help.

I think realtor or agent provide the better information about Re-mortgage.some online sites also gives you information about re-mortgage term and condition because due to time interest rate is change.... http://www.californiamortgagedirect.com/
