Hi,
I caught the end of a slot on gmtv by the owner of moneysavingexpert.com (Martin Lewis). He was talking about giving yourslef at least 6 months searching time when thinking about remortgaging. He also mentioned something about the likihood of getting a deal if you have paid 20% of your existing mortgage? Did anybody else see this so they can confirm his exact advice. I can't seem to find it on his page www.moneysavingexpert.com/mortgages/remortgage-guide
