trying to get a mortgage with bad credit 4 Months ago

having being declined car finance i am concerned i may not be able to get a mortgage my parents are willing to give me a 10% deposit by releaseing equity in their own home and if needed are willing to put their house against the loan but my father is above that his age(68) will be a deciding factor what are peoples views on this

4. Use your cards lightly
5. Check your limits
