Can anyone please help? Need to find out which of the UK high street lenders/underwriters conduct their credit searches using 'live' up to date data as opposed to monthly purchased(sometimes out of date) data???

I am not sure for the exact person but yes, you will get such specialist and lenders on finance forums and blogs, do check their history before relying on their comments.

There are several good companies available in market right now which offers remortgaging serivces. I would like to add that temortgaging might be particularly important if you've come to the end of a fixed-rate period, or your discounted deal is coming to an end.
