bad credit and remortgage 5 Months, 2 Weeks ago
I was offered by my mortgage lender ( First Plus) - second charge an early settlment for substantially lower amount then I owe at present. I would like to remortgage but cannot do so due to bed credit. My first mortgage lender said that there is nothign they can do to help me raise 30K as they' lost thier banking licence ( NRAM) any advice in general or info on private investors market ? I thought of offering second charge on the prime location property and decent anual income. I would want to keep it for at least years. thanks in advance. This is urgent as the deal is iffered in a time limited period before Christmas

Your problem is really of different level and concern. I think in such situation you should get a consultation with a good professional financial advisor or you can search other financial options.Whether your first lender is right that he has lost his licence or malafidely saying so is also a matter to be concerned.
