Can I remortgage with negative equity? 3 Months, 3 Weeks ago
I took out a 100% mortgage with Northern Rock. After a recent valuation of my property I've been told its now worth less than what I took the mortgage out for. Am i able to remortgage when I have negative equity? Any advice would be appriciated. Enter code here Please note, although no boardcode and smiley buttons are shown, they are still useable
