As a mortgage broker I regularly come accross people who don't quite understand the credit crunch or how it came about.

For anyone who doesn't fully understand what caused the current recession, I have found a fantastic explanation.

It is a 7 minute video, but worth every second, and undoubtedly the best explanation you will find. It is beautiful in it's simplicity and I think everyone should be made to watch it.
