I am currently renting and the owner of the house wants to sell it to us. owner financing , wrap around mortgage he is selling the house to us for 69,000 no down payment, up to 600 on closing cost. he told us our monthly payment for the mortgage is going to be $659 for a 30 year mortgage and 8% interest rate. I want to know will i be paying the right amount per month? how did he came up with that number?


please help i really love the house and i am already used to it i will love to buy it but need some advice
