new government scheme - first time buyers 4 Months ago
I've just been watching the bbc news and caught a report about new initatives for first time buyers. As I understand it, 5 year interest free loans will be given to first time buyers. Is this true? Where can I find more information about the specifics of this scheme?

Thanks

Hi there.

The scheme you mentioned does exist. In fact there are several schemes aimed at first time buyers that can help you get on the property ladder ranging from shared ownership and shared euity schemes to schemes where you can apply for an equity loan from the govenment for between 15% and 50% of the value of a property which can act as your deposit.

You can get my contact deails from here and contact me if you like. I am an independent mortgage brokerand would be happy to have a chat with you.
