Ubiquitous mortgages told a friend of mine just three weeks ago they could not do UK lending and although now they seem to be marketing they can there is no way you completed on a loan in three weeks.

If I am wrong and you do have a loan; given regulation surrounding UK mortgages you should ask yourself if what you have is actually a mortgage; last time I looked for a mortgage to be granted in UK the company offering lending had to have a credit licence etc etc. Perhaps you have private funding in which case good luck, you will need it.

I'm not aware of any 100% mortgages available from banks. The only way I can see 100% is as been mentioned previosily with a family gifted equity deposit where the actual buyer does not need to provide any deposit at all. The highest loan to value at the moment is 95% on some homebuyer schemes and the 90% deals are not really the cheapest about either.
