my father died when i was young, and still live at home with my mother. im 24. my mother recently met someone and shes decided she would like to move in with him. he is renting a council house and doesnt want to leave, my mother, also renting a council house doesnt want to give the house up as she has been living here for over 6 years (meaning she can buy it at 40% of its value). My mother is in debt, meaning she cant get a mortgage herself. Does anyone know f a way for me to get a mortgage, give the money to my mum, let her buy this house and then give me the house for free? or any ther way that may help me?
