In short, I am looking to buy a house with 5 family members. only I would require a mortgage for 75k _base_d on a house worth 500k+

As we are all family we are not concerned with anyone stealing any monies however all 5 parties would want to be on the _title_ deeds, is this possible?

I assume somthing simple could be written and signed to say that all 5 parties understand that the mortgage is secured against the equity in the house and the bank would gets it money first if a need arose to sell, or is that to simple?
